Appointment Time

Booking an appointment is meant to hold a spot for you. Your appointment time is an estimate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Wait Time

There is always a possibility of a wait, and we cannot guarantee an exact wait time. Things may arise throughout the day that shift our schedule, such as staff calling in, customers arriving late, or changes and additions to services.

Limited Time

If you are on a limited schedule, such as during a lunch break or while in a hurry, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen within your timeframe. However, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Late Arrivals

If you are late, we will still hold your spot. However, we may begin servicing other customers to avoid falling behind, which could result in a wait upon your arrival.

Seating

If another customer is seated before you, it does not mean they have priority or are receiving special treatment. Seating is based on each client’s specific service needs or technician availability. All of our customers are equally important.

Satisfaction

Our goal is always to meet and exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our quality or service, please let us know right away, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Designs

We love creating designs. While we strive to replicate your inspiration, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the picture or idea you bring in. A design includes anything beyond the selected polish color(s), and pricing is based on the time and labor required.

Cancellations

If you cannot make your appointment, we understand. Please call or text us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another customer.

Walk-Ins

We gladly accept walk-ins if there is availability in our schedule. Customers with appointments will have priority over walk-ins. We always recommend booking to secure your spot.
